As CEO of Lockwell, Francis is on the hunt to improve manufacturing costs whilst maintaining the highest quality in goods produced. In today’s market with its global GFC’s, market and FX uncertainty being a responsible and well-planned owner is not an easy task. Primary role when asked Francis replied, “Creating growth, protecting the interest of all stakeholders following our environmental practices policy and constantly concentrating on employee growth & development. Francis likes cooking when time permits and doing something good for the community where he can, not as a corporate responsibility but as he sees this as everyone’s responsibility to make a better world for those around us whenever possible.
